BLR primarily targets UK land & property for leisure purposes that the plc own through acquisition & JV arrangements to develop a range of next level luxury holiday resorts to be managed on a long term basis by Landal GreenParks, Europe’s leading vacation rentals organisations with over 100 locations in 9 countries.

The Company own three locations with the first under active development, set to be the first UK purpose built Landal GreenParks resort and the first in the UK to be managed by the holiday giant.  Phase one of this exciting new holiday resort development, known as Landal Barnsoul, is near completion and set to open in Q3 of this year to welcome its first holidaymakers, with bookings already secured via Landal.co.uk and their bookings platform.  This first phase will comprise of 30 luxury lodge accommodation units together with reception & artisan shop, outdoor recreation and it’s own boutique private cinema, set in & amongst ancient woodland.  Further phases will follow at Landal Barnsoul to increase its size to 220 lodges plus fully purpose built central facilities in line with Landal GreenParks’ requirements. 

Landal GreenParks will be responsible for all bookings, occupancy and management of the resort and revenues are shared between both parties in line with the 25 year marketing and management services agreement which is legally in force.  And once the other two locations are fully developed over the Company’s phasing strategy, Belvedere Leisure Resorts plc will have delivered out almost 700 accommodation units across three locations with high end central facilities all being operated by Europe’s leading vacation rentals organisation.
